I know of some ordinary people who have gone to jail longer for less. My neighbors daughter spent 2 months in jail for driving on a suspended drivers license,it was suspended for failure to appear for driving without insurance, and she was sober not drunk. No one had the kind of money required to bond her out,she had to sit in jail until a court date was set. After court of course she was let out. She paid the fine by being in jail. I have heard of other people son's who have gone through the same thing. So yes, Paris Hilton got off easy because of her prestige and money. She will party at home like their is no tomorrow!

Yes, I think it is because it sets a precedent for special treatment of celebrities. If a regular guy with a dui and probation violation was sent to prison and hurt his back, he'd be sent to the prison infirmary, not back to the hollywood hills. The sheriff overstepped and was out of his rights in releasing her. They are making her go back to court to determine if she has to go back to prison for the rest of her sentence, and I think that would be the appropriate step. I think some time alone for her to think and reflect would be good for her anyway.

of path Paris have been given preferential therapy! The sheriff's place of work became waiting to do away along with her ASAP as they could have had to be certain each cellular telephone digicam leaving the development (to no longer point out the difficulty of actual detachable media enjoying cards). in fact, evidently that the sheriff's place of work violated the regulation and the choose's order to do away along with her ASAP. keep in mind, finally the POLICE serve justice. An uninforced regulation or the alternative to arrest somebody who's using on suspension lies of their palms - no longer interior the choose's. The choose as a result fairly ordered that Paris does no longer serve it from homestead, yet finally, the law enforcement officials chosen to violate this order. I doubt absolutely everyone different than celebrities gets thoroughly respectful and professional therapy from any regulation enforcement employer. How did she get out of using on suspension two times earlier they took her in? i think like I actual have been on the different spectrum the place I actual have won in-equivalent therapy or maybe nonetheless i'm a regulation-abiding citizen, I actual have won undesirable therapy from ninety seven% of my encounters with the police and regulation enforcement. i think of police and regulation enforcement abuse their ability usually, different than in circumstances like Paris, whilst they understand human beings are gazing. a facet be attentive to advice: carry a small voice recorder with you on your vehicle which you would be able to checklist each bump into with the police on the line. it fairly is totally legal and retains officers on their superb habit and stops them from mendacity later in court docket.

Complete. She drove drunk twice and then refused an order to not drive when her license was suspended. She needs forced humiliation.

Time to send her to Sheriff Joe Arpaio's tent city in the desert.

It is. She has a zit on her butt and the judge released her.

Did you read the prosecutor's statement? He says he works hard to show that no celebrities get special treatment in his district, and the judge releases her from jail.

The prosecutor says, "Why are we even prosecuting at all??"

You know I kinda feel sorry for this poor little rich girl. I was so hoping that she'd suck it up and do her time like we would have to do. Money talks, poverty walks (straight in the jail and has to stay there).
