...a couple of most excellent, dynamically ************, albeit somewhat rare entries I've discovered a while back, which you might want to check out are:
"Model by Day" (1994), starring Famke Janssen, Shannon Tween and Sean Young.
"The Ghost" (2001), starring Julie Lee, Michael Madsen, Richard Hatch and James Hong
"Dark Fury" (1996), a first for my research, as despite the jaw-dropping, dynamic martial arts action in this direct-to-video flick (it's IN my collection, and the girl in the film REALLY KICKS BUTT!!!), I cannot find a reference for it anywhere!!! I might just have to pull it out, and watch it again, to get additional information...
Some good asian 'tough gal' movies you might get a kick out of are:
"Her Name is Cat" (1998); one of my favorites, and in the midst of this research, I found out that there was a sequel to this one....I'm just gonna have to get it!!!
"Black Cat" (1991), and it's subsequent sequel.
Finally, a couple of films (and the subsequent T.V. series), which were absolutely dynamic and action packed, albeit campy and sensual, were:
"The Black Scorpion" (1995), starring Ashley Pelson, Rick Rossovich, Casey Seimaszko and Bruce Abbott
"Black Scorpion II: Aftershock" (1997), with Joan Severence

Lol I'm weakling so most women can probably kick my butt so it really all depends on the fighting style they use. If they used kung fu, they'd jump straight to the top of my love list.

Kate Beckinsale- Underworld
Uma Thurman - Kill Bill
Halle Berrie - Catwoman
Geena Davis - Long Kiss Goodnight
The last one is kind of unknown but really good.

I like Lethal Weapon 3 with Renee Russo. La Femme Nikita is a movie with one bad lady in it.
