I wasn't aware that a sheriff had the authority to release an inmate early. I always thought a judge had to determine that. I think your BJ theory is absolutely plausible.

I think it was fear that prompted this. Paris's family has money. Lots of it. And if anything went wrong in prison they could hire the best attorney and the sheriff would end up ruined for life. I personally don't think she should have gone to jail anyways. Why should taxpayers have to pay for her bed and three squares when she can afford to support the entire jail and then some? A better idea would have been lengthy community service. Make her spoiled little butt work to help others besides herself for a change. Maybe she might even learn something.
I doubt sexual favors would have worked in this case anyways. There are women that look a lot better than her out there. She is not as hot as her Daddy's money would be. Follow the money trail.

The Sheriff is about an inch away from being held in contempt of court..This over the news wires. They both have to appear. She better be covered in smallpox bumps and close to death cause I think this judge is going to set an example. At nine am tommorrow you will know who is who.. And will bet a dollar to a doughnut that Arnold made a phone call. Her next excuse will be rehab.

Ha Ha! Probably. I heard in the news last night that she had a psychologist visit her and then that night she was released. She probably went psycho and threaten to kill herself or something stupid like that. Or like my BF suggested, she probably bribed the psychologist to say she needed to be released for medical reasons. I heard she also said it was too cold and that they only gave her 3 blankets and she had to use one as a pillow. What the heck did she think it was going to be like?? I mean, she ain't no Martha but at least Martha, posh accommodations or not, did her time. She needs to go back to jail and actually serve her BS 45 days.

LOL, wouldn't doubt that little rich snob blew the judge.. She deserves to spend that time in jail just like everyone else would have to. What next she get a hangnail and has to be released com'on a poor little rash and she gets to go out. She's so overated and so dang spoiles it just makes me sick. She don't even know what real life is. Little miss spoiled rotten. Just makes me more and more angry that little rich snobs like her get by with everything .

She might go back, she has to appear before the judge. Having a medical condition is not a reason to be released, jails have infirmaries.

the ******* theory is funny but not practical allot of times in a overcrowded judicial system if a prisoner is not a threat then they will let them out after a % of there total time is served the judge is usually the one to make that decission after the sherriff does the appropraite paperwork

Yes, she should go back to jail. Inmates can get free medical treatment!!!!!!! We just had a man in Oroville, CA act like he was going to rob a bank so he would be put in jail & get free health care. He was poor & that was truly pathetic.
Come to think of it: I wish they could make her pay for treatment & for all the transportation & extra hearing. She's just a waste of tax payers money.

That is exactly what I said to my boyfriend. Released in the middle of the night by an elected official? Why else would he do it unless she straight up paid him off one way or the other.
