first, buy a simple bench press set with a barbell, weights, and dumbells. do chest routines such as bench press, incline bench press, and flies. 3-4 sets each. aim for using a weight that will allow you to only do about 8 reps. do this twice a week along with working your other muscles as well . also MAKE SURE to eating like a monster while doing so. you cant put on muscle without eating a high calorie diet composed of lots of protein (1.5 grams x ur bodyweight) and even more carbs. follow my instructions to get bigger pecs.

if you cant get a bench press than do lots of pushups and different variations of them. but make sure u can only do 8-10 reps of pushups. if u can do more, than add something heavy on ur back that will allow u to complete only 8-10 pushups. aim for about 15 sets in total. 3-5 sets for each variation of pushups (such as wide hand pushups, millitary pushups, etc)
