In some of the earlier Looney Tunes cartoons, they had an African with a topknot wander through scenes for no apparent reason, and those cartoons have been banned. The WWII era cartoons, with the anti-German/Italian/Japanese content is offensive these days. And one or two Bugs Bunny/Daffy Duck had characters showing up dressed as KKK members or as a minstrel singer.
