Yes. They can call it and triangulate a general location based on the towers that transmit the call. If you have GPS enabled on your phone you're even luckier because then they can give you an exact address.

"Possible," but unlikely.
Chances are, you'll never see it returned to you. Cingular can block it from accessing *their* network and mark it as lost. You'll need to purchase a new phone.

Call you cell privdier and have the service cancelled so you are not responsible for any calls and charges.

1) Did it come with GPS?
2) Dose it have a sim card
3) are they willing to track it for you
4) is it on
If you answered yes to these there is a chance that it can be found-good luck.

Maybe, but one thing is for sure you need to call them and report it stolen they will charge you for all calls made on it.
