I'm a girl going to a Prince theme party
(i think it's his birthday or something...)
and don't get me wrong cuz i think he's strange
and i don't quite like his music
but i am trying to support my friend who's doing the party.
I need to wear something that's not too extravagant
or hard to put together (or expensive to buy)
but people will still recognize that i'm wearing something
in honor of "The artist formally know as Prince".
Any suggestions will be good... mahalo!

all those sound great but on short notice right now i've put together a black and white rockish top with a rock vintage jeans and close toe boots lookalike with heels...
oh and i'm going to put the prince symbol on the top side of my wrist..
what do u guys thinks?

Wear a silk purple vest and black pants and a black suede round hat. You'll look hot. Have fun at the party. Whats mahalo mean?

Comb your hair into a DA (1950's type greaser style)
Wear a white shirt with big blousy sleeves, and really tight black knit pants. Look on line for pic's from the '80's that would work ;and you could draw on a little mustache

i could say regardless of you desire. Prince himself does not look to advert-hear to a dress code so why could you? Oh yet no Prince excursion shirts or the such. you do no longer decide to be between the people who wears a Prince shirt whilst going to a Prince stay overall performance.

I LOVE PRINCE ! Get a purple suit and some black high heeled ankle boots and a paisley scarf.
