Absolutely, their names are inside their caps so everyone

You should write your name on a piece of masking tape and place it inside. Not only will you not damage your cap with ink, but you will find your cap faster because of the masking tape.

They are issued the Graduation hats just prior to graduation. These are hats meant for the ceremony. They are collected by just grabbing any one of them. Then turning it in to get your personal and correctly sized hat, that you keep!
