Head to Jublife city, you need to have obtained your first badge and have a wi-fi connection where you are. Head inside the GTS center and talk to the receptionist. After a few seconds you'll be transported into a new room and asked if you want to leave, place a pokemon or search for one. Place a pokemon and select which one you want by type, level, gender and leave. Some back in about a days time and it should be traded.
