help with my pet freshwater crab?

Question

i just bought a small freshwater crab and i forgot what kind it is......it is small and red and its claws are both the same size and yellowish......plz help me identify it and any advice on careing for it would be nice to....plz

Here's a link to what I think you have - a red-clawed (or Thai) crab. Only thing is, even though there's sold as freshwater crabs, they really aren't - they need to have some salt in their water and a place to gey out of the water.
