NOPE her family has enough money to keep her out. Money will buy you anything. Which sucks cuz I think that if she done the crime she should do the time. If anybody who wasn't loaded done that we would be sitting in prison for 5 years but no not mrs oh look i got G-pas money. Gotta love todays justice system!!!

probably not. "shes having a nervous break down." what crap. martha payed her dues in jail. paris is just crap and nothing else. nothing special and should be in jail because other women who are probably better people then her are in jail.

What I think is lame is her statement that she released about how she's surviving this ordeal and all that crap. She was in jail for THREE DAYS... lady, try facing a REAL sentence!

yes i hope so. what lesson is she going to learn by staying at home with good food, friends and family. plus all the publicity. she can have parties at home and socialise. if you broke the law are they going to be that nice?
