LOS ANGELES - Hours after Paris Hilton was sent home under house arrest Thursday, the judge who put her in jail for violating her reckless-driving probation ordered her into court to determine whether she should be put back behind bars.

Hilton must report to court at 9 a.m. Friday, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press.

"My understanding is she will be brought in in a sheriff's vehicle from her home," Parachini said.

Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer issued his order after the city attorney filed a petition late Thursday afternoon questioning whether Sheriff Lee Baca should be held in contempt of court for releasing Hilton on Thursday morning.

The celebrity inmate was sent home from the Los Angeles County jail's Lynwood lockup shortly after 2 a.m. for an unspecified medical condition in a stunning reduction to her original 45-day sentence.

What on earth is going on over there!? Obviously the judge and sheriff has more than one little birdy whispering in his ear about this case. They just cant make up their minds! She couldnt be trusted not to drive while suspended, what makes him think that she will actually stay in her house? Not to mention the fact that being locked in a MANSION isnt really punishment/deterant for reckless-driving. Send her back! If she's sick, why wasnt she sent to hospital instead of home!?

It's ridiculous. Were all the other inmates who have medical conditions released early? If Hilton was so ill why wasn't she taken to a hospital? As with the rest of Hilton's "punishment" this house arrest will be a bunch of B.S. In two days we'll see pictures of her in a club with a big drink in front of her and driving around in her Bentley smoking a doobie.

via fact you tried so challenging to stay in her existence, it might have given her strategies which you have been continuously going to objective to be in her existence. Now which you're via your self and not even exhibiting signs and indicators of lacking her, she has a wierd feeling, possibly via fact she sees how properly you have become alongside without her. It possibly makes her sense such as you under no circumstances fairly needed her. i assume a good thank you to evaluate it fairly is you ruin up with somebody, after which you spot them no longer even paying an pastime in you anymore and each week later, they're completely in contact in yet another courting. it is not uncommon. i assume you may purely say some thing to her, like "i understand which you're finding at me. i'm in easy terms doing what you needed me to do, and you're performing surprisingly. hi?" purely attempt to be marvelous. It fairly won't harm. i wish i could help you out somewhat :) sorry that it fairly is an incredible style of writing.

Which medical condition did she have? A hang nail?

I'm glad she's going back to court. This is already setting a bad precedent. It seems like California's the best place to commit crime. Let's see what happens to Brandy.

The joke is that Paris went from the big house to the REALLY big house!!!

If she doesn't go back to the jail the other inmates will riot.

It's an outrage!

You're right! That's completely ridiculous!! I don't understand what could possibly have been wrong with her that couldn't be treated in jail! This girl should be spending a year in jail like everyone else who gets a DUI and drives with a suspended license!!

I would like to cross my arms like Barbara Eden in Jeannie
and make anything about Mz Hilton disappear-including her.
Maybe if I just wish hard enough.

Maybe she needs to request that the judge who handled the Anna Nicole circus to handle her court hearing. He might be more fitting for this.

I agree! It's a circus and the sheriff should be fired! A mess it is. Maybe they'll send her back to do her time! Stay tuned.
