Does anyone know how much vocal coaches/vocal lessons generally cost? Also, any tips on become a singer? or a better singer? and while I'm posting this, any tips on becoming an actor either?

Thanks!

It depends where you live. In New York or other major cities, expect to pay at least $100/hour for a good vocal coach. In middle America, expect to pay anywhere from $10 to $50/hour.

If you want to be better as a performer, get some formal training. Take acting classes. Take voice lessons. Practice, practice, practice. Audition. Don't stop taking classes just because you got a role or two. Always re-read your script. Watch people. Observe the world. Learn history. Try new things, and most importantly, don't be afraid to look foolish or to fail. That's how you grow.

I have a voice teacher and she charges 50 dollars an hour. That is generally the price that they charge.
OK I have an acting tip. When you are doing a monologue for an audition take a moment before you start talking and get into character. It really works. It also helps if you have a monologue that has you talking to other people. Before you start saying your monologue figure out where the people are so that you have a place to look at while your talking. While you are saying your monologue don't look at the director.....at all. This will only make you more nervous, while you are saying your monologue he director does not exist.
ok Here's a singing tip. don't drink ice water before you sing because it freezes your vocal cords. When you are singing in different languages try to find the closest translation you can to the actual words and really think about what you are singing. Try not to sway or fidget with your hands. Hand movements are OK but not too much. Try not to be to stiff while you sing just loosen up because if your body is stiff then your singing will also be stiff. Don't breath through your chest or you will run out of breath quickly. Breath deep breaths through your diaphragm. Eventually this will become habit. Best of luck!

You should ask about the cost of voice lessons in the "city where you live," since this an International website.
