What is the correct firing order for a Pajero 1992?

Question

I overhauled the motor, but someone has mixed up the leads on the distributor cap, can anyone assist me in positioning the leads correctly, the motor starts but doesn' kick over......

2.6 liter engine? 1,3,4,2 fireing order like most 4 Cyl engines but the timing mark is in that hole in the bell housing so the #1 cyl is in the back of the engine front to back #4 #3 #2 and in thr rear #1 good luck! Next time photograph and mark with touch up paint the leads and photograph
