Telling a person they have no talent or not suited for the entertainment industry. It has to be devistating to one of the potential contestants.
But he is doing a favor if they will not advance.
But it can hurt and hurt deep.

The meanest was on season 1 when he called one of the contestants a loser. Randy got really upset with him during that episode.
The funniest to me, was when he was talking about Sanjaya & how he would try a new tactic, then said he was wonderful. Very funny!

meanest"I think you just packed your bags tonight", after that performance "your going home tonight", "that was atrocious", funniest"it was a complete and utter mess", person replies which part ? answer " the beginning, the middle and the end", and after performance for song Mandy 80's song mannilow.impression "I think what happened tonight was "mandy fell asleep", comment to winner last year taylor hicks performance as a silly geeky drunk father at a wedding "but you can sing!,"

The Bush Baby thing was sooo rude - considering the poor guy was mildly autistic. Simon is a clueless moron who can go suck an egg.
