When I was younger I used to take my time finding time...... now that I'm older I search desperately to find the time I once took advantage of so that I can take my time and enjoy the time that I had found.

Are you Martin Heidegger?
I certainly cannot literally make time and so your question is based on the idiom, "I'll make time for you." We cannot literally take time either since it is not a object that can be handed around the room. "I'll take time out for you."
You could be Wittgenstein? In any case, it is sound without sense unless you give it a context.

You have to take the time to make a list. The more list, the more organized, the more ideas, the more freedom to select what is important.
