Yes I do.
I'm not as regular about the practice as those who set aside exactly 15 minutes to meditate.
But I do try to have 10--20 minutes when I can, alone, apart, in a corner, uninterrupted, without phone calls, and perhaps with music playing or not as I choose.
I've ever been able to sleep during the day although I have a form of narcolepsy caused by white or overhead light that can put me out quickly. So I've learned to take breaks--think of nothing, do three in seven out counted breathings, shallow of course, to relax.
And I teach tai chih.

I escape to the Mountain Top for Total Peace and Tranquility. I have a secret hiding place Atop the Mountain. It's The Middle of nowhere This place is 1/4 mile off the Main Highway. It's rural, so no sirens. Not sure when I will make it that way again. Oh, No Cell Service as well.
