You've blown the amp, mate.

If it was expensive, get it fixed. If it was cheap, just get a new one.

Where you using the wrong amp? Was it too small to handle that much power? If you were using an amp that was meant for a guitar, not a bass, it could have blown because a guitar's amp can not handle the amount of power that a bass brings.
