Where is the justice? A Medical Emergency? It Is All About Money. If she were black and/or poor it would not have happened like this. This makes me so MAD at the judicial system. Shame on the judge for allowing this to happen.

This is NOT a celebrity issue..it is a REAL NEWS issue..so i don't NEED to get over it. Plus, it IS a race issue.

However, the judge has ordered Paris back to court to possibly go back to jail...which will happen. This is an actual update.

Yes, i am disgusted. If she were any working class citizen, her a** would be sitting in jail right now. Medical condition my a**, if there was one why wasn't it pointed out before now. Besides there are plenty of people with medical conditions serving time in prison. There was no medical condition. She has no regards for the law or she wouldn't have broken it. She is a spoiled rich kid who broke the law, then showed up to court late and then told the judge that he was pathetic when he sentenced her. She thinks that her sh*t doesn't stink. Besides she is only a celebrity by default She just happened to be born into a wealthy family. We should all be so lucky.

Yes. I think it's outrageous. It's an insult to the public's intelligence to ask us to believe this B.S. "medical condition" excuse. I'm yet to be convinced that crying because you can't have your cell phone and refusing to eat your bologna sandwich is a "medical condition". I think it was the sheriff who released her early and apparently the judge is not happy. I believe he's ordering her back to court so there's a chance (albeit probably a slim one) that she may have to go back. House arrest in a multi-million dollar mansion with people waiting on your every beck and call is not my idea of punishment for drunk driving, violating your probation terms twice and not following court orders to attend alcohol classes.

I cant even begin to care anymore. The dumb cun* will get whatever her rich as* wants. There is no justice in this country, and if there is, we have to wait quite a few years for it to be upheld.

So, if you're wealthy, and are in the media eye all the damn time, go ahead and commit all the crimes you want.... cause I'm sure your hands are in the pockets of the courts, and the lower class will remain the down trodden of this country.

If I allowed myself to get hung up over the media and all the hoopla that goes on in Hollywood (remember how The Insider wore Anna Nicole out?), I would be disgusted. To me, it's just news of the world. People eating, drinking, being merry and doing what they do. Just know that the super prosperous of the world do not live by the same laws we do. It has been that way since the beginning of time. With the money the Hilton's have, she never had to spend a day. She thought she was making an impression to improve her public image - that she was a 'big' girl and could take her sentence. Please! That girl probably almost went crazy in that cell all by herself. She has NEVER had a moment when she is alone. She would not know what to do - I am sure she looked in the mirror and saw the truth of who she is and immediately wanted out.

Not only does she have money but the Hiltons come from old money...they have power...her daddy probably hit the district attorney off...but they had to play it out for at least 24 hours ...to decrease the public backlash...if she was poor and Black, she would be a ghetto hoochie...if she was white and poor..she would be trailer trash....dancing on tables in bars or doing porn...ironically, those are two things that she's known for...I bet you that her liesence was'nt suspended or her car impounded....one day, she's going to seriously hurt or kill someone ...then, we'll see how truly blind justice is...with her, Britney Spear, Lindsey Lohan, Nicole Richie, the Olsen twins, and Tara Reid...they keep the tabloids in business.

jk...no the US system has credibility but it has lost all of its standing on an international level (iraq, israel, south america spinning elections to pro american goverments...I guess with israel and SA, we have learned that supporting countries in a baised way --unfairly--isn't in the long interests of the United States). PH is the epitome of celebrity preferential treatment in LA (state problem).
