Ya it does. Like right here i'm sitting on the computing gadget occurring an internet site that has music and the quantity is loud and then immediately music scares the crap out of you. I hate that!

Yes. There was ad to the right that never moved before and today it kicked in with audio and video and I must have jumped a mile before I thought to click off the speakers. Glad no one was here to see me.

It's not usually a scary thing, what annoys me about it is that if my speakers were up loud and the website just pipes out with music.

My friend's profile on Myspace plays REALLY loud music. If I go on it and I forgot to mute the computer, it scares me so bad!
