I have never done anything like this with my bf, but I heard most guys prefer if the girl swallows. Is this safe? Does it taste bad? Is there anything else I can do that will not spoil the mood?

If your boyfriend remain true to you (ie, you are the only one he has sex with) and has no prior sexual contacts with anyone before you, I would say it is safe enough. Bear in mind though, people can lie or hide the whole truth.
If your boyfriend had prior sexual contacts, there is a possibility that you may contract sexually transmitted diseases (STD). The transmission of STDs are not restricted to only swallowing the semen. The possibility of sexually transmitted infection increases with contact on open wounds.
Some guys do prefer the girl to swallow. On the other hand, some guys don't prefer it. It is a matter of preference. There is no rule to say that you should swallow the semen. If you don't want to do it, don't do it. Sex is supposed to be mutually enjoyable; not stressful.
The taste of semen varies from one guy to another. I don't swallow semen as a career, but was told that it can be slightly bitter or salty or even tasteless. The colour and smell varies too. The clear pre-ejaculatory fluid or 'precum' are usually tasteless.
I think, you should clarify with your boyfriend on what he really want. If he want you to swallow, you must consider and make your own judgement. If you're not keen, communicate this with him and together, addressed any issues that you may have.
Don't be pressured into doing it. Sex is about trust and sharing. It is also about mutually giving and taking. There are other things that you can do that can be so much more erotic. Explore other avenues that is acceptable to you.
If you do decide to swallow, it is probably better to keep the head of his penis at the back of your throat. This may prevent you from tasting his semen especially if they're unpalatable. Alternatively, you could keep his semen inside your mouth and expel it once he has finished ejaculation.
You could also keep his semen in your mouth and later kissed him on the lips. Transfer all his semen into his mouth and let him taste his own semen. He should at least know how it taste like. Who knows, he may feel differently about ejaculating inside your mouth.
Above all else, remember the possibility of sexually transmitted infection. If hesitant, don't do it. If you want to do it, practice safe sex.

yeah it's fine to swallow as long as he doesnt have any AIDS or STD's like syphillis or anything like that.... and as far as the TASTE... ummm well.. its not the best thing in the world, but you'll survive. lol-- i always just kinda hold my breath when i swallow it so i cant taste it- (kinda like when ur taking bad tasting cough syrup and you pinch your nose to avoid the taste)... that seems to do the trick... but swallow quick. cause the longer u let it sit in ur mouth, the more ur gonna want to spit it out!

It is safe to swallow. (unless he has aids or something) Idk if it tastes bad? Never done it. Do what you want, not just for your boyfriend! Just telling you. But if you want to do it go ahead and have fun. =)

I really dont know if you can get rid of the taste. I do the same thing so now i get to where i will still give him one but be for he cums we have sex. If it keeps making you want to puke then try that.

Listen, a female should ALWAYS swallow a man's semen if he chooses to ejaculate into her mouth, Period. Semen contains much protein & is good for you. women have told me there is no bad tasting semen. It is entirely safe. There has to be a 1st time for everything. As his girl, your focus should be on making the experience as pleasing as possible for him. Use your loving mouth as a vagina for him. He may want to thrust deep into your mouth when he ejaculates. Your duty is to concentrate on swallowing & not let any semen escape your mouth. you may not excel the 1st time however you will keep practicing I'm sure. Good luck !
