Ok, I'll spout my complete suggestion list in a second, let me break down the three specific classes for you first.

Warriors:
Pro: Can wear the best armor after level 40, plate. Was desigend for melee combat. More hitpoints and armor than anyone else for a staying power that most classes can't beat. Can use every major melee weapon in the fame, which means you could use a shield, two-handed weapon, or dual-wield!
Cons: No flashy spells, no ranged ablities. Can get a little boring because you fight more or less all fights the same way at the same level.

Warlocks:
Pro: DoT and DPS mages. You also get a pets, the one you are currently using can change your combat style compleatly. Do well in PvE because they can summon tanks.
Con: Cloth armor only, so you are very fraigile and MUST stay out of melee. Their spells aren't quite as flashy as a mage. Viodwalker only has one trick to use in PvP, and is otherwise useless. Keeping track of soul-shards can be a pain, espetially in PvP.

Hunters:
Pros: Eventually get mail armor. Have pets who can pull agro and tank for them. Their attacks are pretty flashy. Large damage values are possible. Can dual-wield. Gets the equivalant of a mount's speed at really low levels, and can even share with the party at higher ones!
Cons: Next to no melee skills, stay out of melee range. Pets are ignored in PVP, rendering them pretty much usless. You have to keep track of your ammo, which doesn't regenerate. Can run a little heavy on their mana. No self heals.

Here's shorter list for everyone else:

Rouges = DPS they do little damage all the time, and it adds up fast. Leather armor at melee ranges
Priest = Healing, buffing, and some Shadow damage Cloth armored casters
Mage = Do huge number damage at range. Cloth armored casters
Paladin = Warrior/Priest hybrid, a little healing, a little buffing, and some tanking. Plate armor at melee ranges
Shaman = Warrior/Mage hybrid. Mail armor at almost any range
Druid = True hybrid, can play as any class, just not very well. Leather armor at almost any range.

Warriors are extremly boring...and since you get bored easily Do Not Play war. Warlocks are interesting but can be extremly weak and die alot if you dont learn how to play them well. Hunters are very good for people just starting out in the game. (good armor, great damage, and a pet to top it all off). I personally like rogue but it wasnt one of your choices so there ya go =)

I like playing a warlock, but you usually don't melee as one. It's fun because you basically have a warrior at your disposal (voidwalker) instead of you being attacked, however, you are quite squishy due to cloth armor.

Hunters are fun as hell too.

I'd recommend Warlock or Hunter, their pets are great assets.
