Just go to your local gym and do as many squats as you can, or sit in an defensive stand without moving for 5 minute intervals as many times as you can take it.

here's something that could help, have you ever watched a pro men's volleyball game, you will notice that these guys can really fly, maybe higher than guys playing basketball. I'm pretty sure that all of them have gone through a circuit training. You can do a circuit training to increase vertical hight of your jump and improve your broad jumping ability as well. This training is composed of scissors jump, where you jump around the court, when you jump, your feet should do a scissors like movement back and forth alternating every foot, then the tuck jump where you will jump and tuck your knees like forming a turtle's shell while jumping then the pike jump where you will have to jump while reaching your toes, this training is composed of many more kinds of jumps but the most important is use your toes in jumping, if you can increase the power of your toe, you will jump higher.

Jumpsoles. I am 13 years old and 5'1. I had a 16 inch vertical. With a month of Jumpsoles, I'm now at 18. My miletime has also improved by 10 seconds

RUN STAIRS...and strengthen your core. No need to waste your $$ on these "programs"..you can do it yourself if you are committed.

Good luck to you.
