Go to your local GNC vitamin store. Then ask the clerk based on your activities such and running playing tennis etc. They have several types of Mega Vitamins for both men and women. You can find one right for you and your level of activity there.
They also have Mega Vitamins in liquid form as well if you don't like taking pills.
You will notice an energy level difference taking them compared to the other Vitamins on the market.

I am a 34 year old woman, and I take Vemma daily. It is an amazing complete liquid vitamin supplement. It has all of the vitamins and essential minerals, and it's made with mangosteen, which is loaded with antioxidants. Plus, it tastes good. I have lots of energy and my blood sugar stays level throughout the day.
My real testiment is my 3 kids. They are extremely picky eaters, and they even like it.
The website to buy it is www.TheSecretNutrition.com
