Hi Im 12 Years Old, I have under arm hair...not much but my penis is only 2 1/2 inches long and 3 1/3 erect is this normal?

Aww baby you are best 12 sweetie! Are you on about tough or tender? My pal is 14 and his is 5.5 on gentle, so if you are on about smooth then your fine! Soft usual is three-5 inches! Why are you annoying anyway! Stop annoying, you're only just begining puberty. I am definite your penis will probably be a smashing dimension as soon as its entirely grown!

When I was 12 I was small compared to others and I was very self concious about it. I did not know that I was much bigger than others when I was erect as I had nothing to compare myself to. As I got older I realized I was quite a bit bigger than average.
It can take years for you to mature, you are just starting puberty. Be patient. Do not worry about it. Let nature take its course.

you have not gone throu puberty yet when I was 12 i had 3 inches now Im 16 and I have 7.5 inches It will grow
