Someone gets an DUI they loose there driveing rights for 6mo/to 1 year. Thats what is CA. law or is it just a guide line,I wish someone would explaine it to me,Is'nt that what I fought for,when I was drafted???I really feel ashamined to call this my home the U S OF A. So please can someone enlighten me on what the **** is going on these days with our socalled ellicted.

People with money get special privileges, period. Nobody will say it but the rich have no laws. You could murder your wife, drive the wrong way down the highway, get caught with enough drugs to fill a swimming pool and if you have the money you will never see the inside of a jail cell (or at least for not more than 5 days). Of course if normal people were to get caught doing this stuff we would spend the rest of our lives behind bars.

I think this question can be answered best by O.J.Simpson or Paris Hilton.Sometimes justice is not only blind but it is stupid as well.
