i hope this might help you, i had something along the same lines happen to me, with my third baby(who is now two and a half) i had gall stones. the pain would come and go after i ate or at any time of the day. i thought that i was having a heart attack and even had my husband take me to the doctors for it.
i had it really really bad, to the point that i was on a liquid diet. i lost 25 pounds during my pregancy. they wanted to wait until after the baby was born to remove the gallbladder. but at 29 weeks pregnant i was in so much pain and so tired because i had no food in me that they put me in the hospital and my gallbladder was removed.
my baby and i are fine now, and they dont usually opperate on you until after the baby is born unless it is really really bad.
i wish you luck, i really dont want anyone to go through the pain i did. but if you are having this pain i would go to your doctor and ask if they think that you might have gall stones, they might be able to give you a diet that will stop you from having pain. eating fatty foods is one thing to cut out.
i wish you luck

This could possibly be gas, which can be felt in different parts of the body. Some women even feel it in their back or shoulders. Gas and bloating are really common in early pregnancy.

It could also be ligaments stretching because of your uterus growing.

I agree with the pp, I had pain like that and it ended up being my gall bladder. check with your doc, it's easy to control, you would just have to avoid greasy and fatty food.
