I bought a Dooney and Bourke bag on eBay yesterday, but a friend has given me reason to believe it is fake. The seller told me that it was authentic and would come with the tags and registration card. If indeed it is a replica and the seller has no return policy, what do I do when I get it? Will eBay stand behind me or would I just be better off re-selling it as a replica? (Letting the buyers know it was a fake)?

You can dispute it with ebay, as long as you follow the correct ebay bidding procedures, you stand a good chance, plus if its a fake, you can also contact the police as a case a fraud.
