Oh yeah, I totally do. I have family members who have seen them. It's a truly real thing. Puts a whole new spin on watching scary movies, believe me.

I have had many encounters with spirits. When I was growing up, we moved to a new home, and a lot of my friends seemed to have a creepy feeling about a particular corner of our den. The scary thing was that a couple of my friends (who did not know each other) described a being of some kind, maybe a demon that they saw there. They both described it as a shadow figure. One night I had a couple different friends over for a sleep over and I ended up going to bed before they did. They said that while I was sleeping the spirit or whatever it was came out and started trying to attack them psychically. They said that they sat there and prayed nonstop and finally backed away. They said that it started moving towards where I was sleeping, and an angel appeared next to me and was putting a sheild of light around me. The thing got really scared and basically disapeared. They told me all of this the next morning, and I was really shocked because of the experience that my other friends had had. After that night, it seemed to go away, and we havent had another experience with it since. I think I should mention that both of my friends were skeptic about ghosts and stuff, as well as religion, so whatever happened must have been big.
Another thing that happened to me was the time when I lived in a vintage 1920s apartment, and the whole time I was living there I would see glimpses of a little boy following me around. He was always there, but always kind of hazy, like he wasnt completely there. One time I was having a party at my apartment and this random guy told me that the place was haunted, and he had seen someone, but he wouldnt elaborate. So, yeah, I guess you could say that I beleive in ghosts/ spirits of some sort. I don't exactly know what they are, but I definately think that there is some sort of reality outside of our daily reality.

Its the Holy Spirit. I believe in one God...no mamby-pamby ghosts that go Boo in the night.

sometimes its hard not to with all the "proof" they come up with. so i guess i do, if it scares the h*** out of me...
