if the court knows about it yes.in some states like Michigan they can garnish up to 50 percent of your gross wages.good luck.if its not to late make arrangements on your own it will probably be a lower amount also your employer will charge you to garnish your wages in some cases.good luck.

Yes, it's happened to me. Your better off calling and making payment arrangements, it's cheaper and less embarrassing. My employer fired me cuz he didn't want to do it. It's a lot of paperwork on their end. That was years ago tho, things may have changed, but I can't imagine much.
