Can anyone tell me the difference between G-8 & G-5?

G-8 -- Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The G8+5 group of leaders consists of Presidents and Prime Ministers from the G8 nations (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States), plus the leaders of the leading emerging economies (Brazil, China, India, Mexico and South Africa).
