how do you change a rar file to a zip file or iso?

everytime i try to download this file it says save rar and i cant put it to a zip so its a regular iso

Hey just get the program WinRar or something like it that opens and compresses a lot of different types of formats and then you will be able to unrar it and if you want compress it to a zip. You are not able to save a file as a zip if it was uploaded as a rar.

Extract the RAR file and then archive it again with WinZip.
