No. This might be the 51st time this question was asked though. If they were the 51st state we would all move there for the decent health care and free university educations. We should be so lucky.
They have a similar cultural legacy as the US as we are both rather young countries. They have cowboys and immigrant groups too. Their national anthem is also one of the best. And their beer leaves us in the dust.

Canada does not need our problems. They are kept busy with the friction between the French areas and the English ones. We are the Mexican curse to the Canadians just as the Mexicans are our curse but naturally Mexico gets the blame for all of the illegal flow to this country. Put the blame on the politicians that do nothing and permit what is happening. People trying to better themselves are doing what is natural. Too bad our legislators do not think they have any obligation to protect us from the invasion.

How do you dare to ask me - a Canadian - if we are the 52nd state of the US. God forbid! I know the US is eying the western provinces because of all the oil and gas and mineral deposits......
