Paris has no strategy for life except to use money and her celebrity status to induce people to help her. When these things don't work, she has panic attacks. She would fake them, except in this situation she can have a real one, and no doubt did.

Apparently her "medical condition" is dry skin because she was unable to use moisturizer.
She looked perfectly fine when she attended the VH1 awards. If she was suffering from a mental condition she would not have attended the awards show. She would have been too distraught or depressed to attend, and would have stayed home. Also, if she was suffering from a mental condition and taking medication why were the officers at the prison not informed of her condition when they were processing and evaluating her. It is so obvious that she is faking her mental condition and that her private psychiatrist (not the prison psychiatrist) advised her to fake the mental condition so that she could get out of jail early. Her lawyers then made a deal with the sherriff, who was most likely paid off. I am a mental health counselor, and have had numerous clients go to prison, and none of my clients were released early or placed on house arrest due to their mental condition.
If she was suffering from a mental condition, she could have been treated at the prison's psychiatric treatment center, instead of being placed on house arrest.

EASY!! Because her parents paid off all those people in jail to let her out, alleging that Paris had this medical condition. Why is it that all of a sudden, this young lady has a medical condition that struck her in prison.
how about all those inmates with a medical condition.. does this mean that they'll have to be under house arrest, too? No because they are not multimillionares.
makes no sense. it just tells you that people can be bought off.

Apparently plain old soap and water and cotton sheets gave her a rash.
Did you see the vanload pull up to the mansion today and stock her fridge with her favourite pastries? Biotch with a capital B.
What people need to do is not buy anything PARIS at all..no movies, no videos, no cds, and definitely NO PATRONIZING HILTON HOTELS!!!!

Well I read she was seen by a shrink so I am guessing they decided the stay would be too detrimental to her "mental state". Another site says she has a rash so it could be a Goldenstaf infection however that doesn't really make much sense because they don't let everyone with staf out.

If you've ever seen some of her fake-out "medical problems" on her "Simple Life" show, you'll understand. She had to be rescue-flighted when she fell off a horse and hurt her little side. She could walk, oh yes, but call the copters! She's very manipulative.

Easy! Someone got paid off! She needs to be SHUNNED! People need to quit paying her any attention at all...After all, what good has she ever done anyone? There are many, many more beautiful women everywhere..Don't watch any of her shows or anything about her. She is a total Waste!

They have come up with-emotionally fragile. They were afraid she might harm herself. I worked on a psych ward for 30 years. We dealt with many suicidal patients and never lost one. Jails have even better methods to deal with that issue.
Let's face it, she couldnt deal with being just another person.
She got her way-one more time. Wonder what it will take before she has to accept responsibility for her actions?

I can't think where I saw it but I read she suffered claustrophobia. Regardless, many prisoners suffer ill health does that mean they can go free? It all boils down to one thing for the rich another for the rest of us sadly.

Crying and not eating her bologna sandwich. Apparently that's a "medical condition" that absolutely necessitates early release from jail. I think they should now give early release to every inmate who cries because they can't have their cell phone.
