make another screen name and dont tell anyone what it is
add the person you think blocked you to the buddy list and if he/she is online on your secret one and not on your regular one, then the person blocked you

I'm not sure. Maybe when you go to look at someone's profile. I don't know if they send the "blockee" a notice in email or not.

You get a message when you try to view their question saying you can't view that question at this time.
