Lately I haven't been going to school and they'd always tell me I have bad attendance and I try and try and I know it's bad to miss out on school..but I'm scared to get held back on the bad attendance that I have.
I have been going to school and my attendance rate is like 86 percent... :/
i know what your're thinking "OMG! that is crazy.."
yeah I'm thinking of going to summer school to help my attendance.
someone please tell me.

oh and also all my absences have been excused but other than that no truancies or anything :)

It's possible. It varies here from school to school what their policies are, but I'm guessing that your grades will have something to do with it, too. I'd ask a trusted teacher, or even a clerical person in your school. They are there to help you.

It is possible that you could be failed. However, I wouldn't miss another day between now and the end of the year, so that perhaps the administrators won't view your absence record so harshly.
At my school, students will be failed for missing more than 20 days. That would be an 88% attendance rate or lower. There are some extenutating circumstances for which the school board might not do this. However, I heard that one student lost all of his credits for absences even though he earned all A's and B's and one C.

This would depend on the individual school. My school has penalties for different amounts of absences and a certain number of unexcused absences results in failure and the necessity of repeating the course. Your parent or guardian really needs to meet with the school administrator to answer this question.

In most states it is manditory---that a student attend class a set number of days---the exception is excusable absences( doctors excuse,death in family...) If you have too many unexcused absences you can be held back....

Some states such as the state I live in, require you to attend sch so many days or you can't be promoted to the next grade. Our state is 26 days missed, Max.
