me and the law office will not make a payment plan that I can afford. I can't afford a lawyer and want to know if I can get an Indiana hardship license without one?

u need to find a lawyer, try the local legal aid to see if they will help u in this matter.

You need to ask Indiana that...call whatever legal agency is in your local phone book.

Money is needed to get the license to finance the claim. There is no other way.
