It might be risky and women at the work place are cold to each other. It's like the African Savannah out there with you guys. So if this guy is worth the resentment form y7our other female co-workers then go for it! Also make sure this guy isn't a playboy!

It's usually not a good idea to get your honey where you get your money. Just be friendly and enjoy working with him. If every girl in the office wants him, then the situation you're thinking about getting into could become very uncomfortable.

forget the other girls. If he liked you enough he would be the one asking YOU out. Did he ask the other girls in the office out or did they ask him. If he didnt initate then he isnt that into them either. My dear your age has nothing to do with it.

For all you ladies might know, this guy might have a life out of the office and you all should as well.

Don't do it. Do not dip your dink in the company ink. You will be the laughing stock of the place, and never live it down till you quit.
Is that man s.l.u.t. worth it for you to loose your job?
He is hot, he knows it, he is strutting his stuff and will probably bonk every girl in this ten mile radius.
Keep your mind on your work, and date outside the office.

dont get me wrong i see a prob with a older women dating a younger guy. But dont ask him out because then your going to feel wird around him. Unless you dont like your job and your welling to work in that situation then i wouldnt ask him. Be a lil flirty see if he asks you. I think droping a lil signs my be a lil better then coming out and asking

Don't dip your pen in the company ink so to speak. If he refused to go out with you, you'd be crushed and uncomfortable.

A nice little crush is great, but you don't want the "others" to talk about you instead of him.

What's age got to do with it? Unless he's 18 and you're 40, then I wouldn't do it. My hubby is 7 years younger than me.

Are you hot? If so, go for it. Guy's love older women cause they are more fun in the sack. They don't bullsh^t you and tell you exactly how to do it

Think of what fun you can have and then take a cold shower and never talk to him again or jump his bones.
Your call.
Great happiness requires great risk.
