My fiance was in contact with his ex almost the whole time we were together. He slept with her once. He didn't want to end contact with her after we got engaged. I don't understand why he would still hold onto her if he loves me.

A lot of people do it. It is a security blanket if things don't work out between them and the one they are in the relationship with they usually rebound back to the person they know they can have whenever they want. It's shallow and if he really loved u he would let her go . And devote himself only to u through the good and the bad. Hope this helped good luck.

Girl, he does NOT love you if he's still in contact with his ex & slept with her while you were together. Wake up & smell the coffee. You are being screwed over. It's time you stand up for yourself & start weeding out the bad peeps from your life. A man that truly, truly loves you will NOT do these things to you.

YES!! Once a cheater, always a cheater. As hard as it is, it is much better/easier to get out now before you are married and/or have children. I have been married for 15 years and marriage is a wonderful thing, but it is not always easy. Marriage is actually tough, even for the best of couples and kids complicate things even more. Don't get me wrong, kids and marriage are wonderful!! But you deserve better and you need to know that you deserve respect and your fiance full attention.

Best wishes, sweetie! Please take care of YOU and move on to someone else who will show you 100% ccommitment.

Been there, done that. I didn't have a problem with him being friends with his ex, I even tried to be her friend, too. I didn't like her, though. They had oral sex about 6 years ago, while we were going through a rough patch. I forgave him. He is no longer allowed ANY contact with her for any reason. We are happily married now.

I think a person forfeits any right to opposite sex friends with someone they have had sex with once they marry if their partner is uncomfortable with it.

Is this a deal breaker for you? If it is, tell him he has to choose. Contact with her or you. Period. Then stick with it...if he contacts her for any reason other than to tell her he is ending the friendship, you end the relationship.

I'm sorry to say but if I found out thay my boyfriend was in contact with his ex even after we were engaged. Forget it. How do you know he isn't feeling something for her. He needs to end the chit chat and move on, or you need to move on. Best of luck, I know its hard!!!!

He's already cheating on your emotionally. If he's already slept with her you can't trust him to be faithful. If he's in contact with her, your relationship is never going to be stable. Leave him. You're either going to end up divorced because he slept with her or unhappily married... not to mention if he's sleeping with her you have no idea what you'll catch AIDS, chlamydia.. things that could affect your forever.

Absolutely break it off. C'mon! You can't be serious? Do you think anything will change after marriage? I guarantee you it will not. Cut him lose now and you'll avoid even greater pain later especially if there are children involved.

A man's stupid excuse for getting married is so that he can have a girlfriend on the side. Sometimes I really do think men's brain are really shaped like penises.

I would leave him alone!!

Honey, you should have broke up with him when he slept with her the first time. You need to move on. Your setting your self up for a future divorce.
