I sold a puppy via internet. No contracts. She sent me a non refundable deposit of $160.00 and then a week later paid the balance to have the pup shiped. I took the money and bought the health cert, crate, shots and made the airline appointment and paid people to take the puppy up there. We agree'd to have the pup shiped to this one certon airport but by the time we got the balance needed to ship the temps exceeded the shiping limit. So we found a airlines that had air conditioned cargo but we have to go out of state to ship there (hence hired people to ship him) and i gave her the conformation # and told her where and when and because its a hour more drive she is refusing to take the puppy now and sue me cause i wont refund the whole 730.00 i have EXPENSES paid out of my own pocket to have him shiped and i explained this to her. to ship at this other airport its costing more. I offered her twice all of her shiping money back, or i will ship the puppy. She is refusing both. What can i do

just ignore her, u do not breach the contract, there is a contract although a verbal one and it is a shipping contract, all u need to do is just to ship the puppy to the place that both of u agree, the breach by u is the the second batch of puppy which u ship by different method however if it arrive on the stipulated time then there is no breach again.

You cannot enforce what you want because there is no contract. There are also no legal ways to sue her because there are no written provisions for collection of damages and expenses. If the internet messages are accepted in your state, it is your only chance.
