My wife wants to find one because she thinks it's good relax/meditation music. Are there any out there?

Here's one that I like, "Chant Comendium" , Gregorian chant CD.

I think you're referring to "Gregorian Chant".
You should be able to find Gregorian Chant in any relatively large music store, certainly a Catholic media (books, music, etc) store will have Gregorian Chant.

There's one album by Benedictine monks titled "Chant". Check it out at amazon, it's actually pretty good.
