Most correctional facilities and departments of corrections absolutely forbid inmates from using computers...get caught using one and it's usually another felony charge...ya gotta use snail mail.

I am trying to post a picture of my sister who is currently an inmate at Washington correction center for women. She is wanting to correspond via jpay.com, or other entities or websites that civilians look for prison pen pals. I was wondering if there is any websites I could post a picture of my sister to help her make connections to the outside world.

That one is for Death Row inmates, but if you look through it you may find a way to do it for another type of inmate.. I know I met one of my old pen pals through a zine.. look for magazines or whatever having to do with something they are interested in.. then see if they have a pen pal section.. some do, some don't..

Oh.. and here's one that says it is free.. http://www.prisonerlife.com/personals-search.cfm
