Wear Silver shoes to make the color pop, and the silver will look very pretty, add a touch of shine, match great with the color, and complete the sophisticated/sexy look.
Jacket- Wear a white jacket or maybe a cream color. You don't want to take away from the dress, just accentuate it, and white or a light neutral color will do that!

As for the accessories, It depends entirely on the occassion. For a flirty nighttime look, patent shoes are in and these:

In black would look amazing with that dress. The ankle tie would compliment it perfectly.

I think a jacket would take away from the dress and as for shoes a dark teal or black or a dark blue , many choices also the dress is cute in white and if you have a nice tan either color would stand out... i am sure no matter what you wear with it you will be a knock out...

I would say black if your going for simple. If not, get a small jacket with a design on it since the dress is simple, and pick one of the colors out of the design and get shoes that color. I'd defiently go heels with this dress and NOT flats!

Gold is the "in" color right now so I would do a black poncho with some sparkly/shiny gold shoes AND some gold earings to match.

Accent with a clutch as well, not a full size purse.
