Everyone says when you stop thinking about it, and just relax, it will happen. Or just "stop trying" but how can you not? it is so hard to do.

I know it is truly hard to do, but it usually comes when you hit the point where you simply can't take the disappointment anymore. With my current pregnancy we were rolling around on a year of TTC and it got to the point where I figured were were never going to have a baby I got a puppy and a job and bamb 4 weeks into my new job there is the positive pregnancy test. So it varies with each person. Good luck try a bath, wine, cute nighties, or different places around the house make it fun again and try not to think about weather it will work just have fun and think about how you better enjoy this while you can before there is a crying, peeing, pooping bundle of joy between you that prevents intimate moments.

If you have a medical problem which inhibits ovualtion or there is a sperm problem, etc, no amount of relaxing and not stressing about it is going to help and medical intervention may be needed.

It is certainly easier said than done to relax when you have been trying and it certainly did not work for me. I was relaxed in the beginning and it didn't work. I am now again pretty relaxed and laid back about the process and it still does not help but it doesn't correct the fact that I don't ovualte and never have reguarly on my own.

If you can't stop thinking about it , don't force yourself to try. Than you will be worried about the fact that you are trying not to think about it. Am i making sense?

First of all, maybe it won't just happen.. have you talked to your doctor? How long have you been trying to conceive, if it has been more than a year, talk to your doctor. That is what my doctor told me, years ago, when I was trying to conceive. So after a year, my husband went to get tested first, because my doctor said most of the time, the problem is with the man, and less expensive to test and treat than the woman. Turned out my husband had a vein problem due to the mumps as a child, he had surgery, and within a month, I was pregnant. And when you are together, just try to remember why you are together, not to have kids, but because you love each other and love to have sex together.. :) .. have fun with him.. don't worry.. but.. again, if it has been more than a year, talk to your doctor...

I know what you mean, we are going to start trying for a 2nd baby tonight and it's on my mind all the time. I think what people are refering to is the fact that stress can delay ovulation, and so it's best not to be stressed out. Don't worry though, all people who are trying to conceive are thinking about it and most of them get no problem with no problem, as was my case with my first child. Good luck.

Neraly broke the ingredient in a million/2, yet after a couple of minutes of deep respiration, he became waiting to get previous it and we persisted on our merry little way. it fairly is got here approximately two times, i think of i could calm down somewhat lol.

I know what you mean...I've been there myself. A glass of wine helps...anything romantic helps actually. Candles, wine, bath, etc.

Do the charting and all that technical stuff during the day and let the evenings be about romance.

Good luck.

its hard, i think when we are suppose to "do it" it is harder for my husband and myself to get things going, i would say make a trip to a "boutique" and pick up some sexy outfit and fishnet stockings. it makes it more fun and you might even forget that your "suppose to" and make love the way you did when it was for pleasure only. good luck and babydust to you not thinking about it (if thats possible)
