I need an offline yahoo-messenger so I don't have to use the internet browser. I need it offline becaue I can't get a good connection to my router. Every time I try to connect, it always says the same thing "A connection error has occured. The attempt to obtain the IP addeess timed out". So if there's an offline browser with directions it would be good.

I am confused. If you can't get online with the PSP then there is no need to use IM. IM only works when you can actually connect to the internet.

i would make sure you have the correct settings for your router and double check them,also download the free version of Network Magic and that should help resolve your issues.
