Sorry, but you're no longer in foreclosure. The foreclosure is completed and the bank now owns the home. The mortgage that you HAD is no longer in force. They are correct in that your only option is to purchase the home from them. On top of all of that, a formal eviction has been ordered.
Your lawyer has already explained this to you and most likely the reason that he's not returning your calls is that there is nothing more that he can do for you. You appear to be in denial over the situation despite the fact that he's already told you your only option now is to move.
Your ONLY option now is to move. If you don't do that, the sheriff will come in 6 days and force you out of the property. You and all of your belongings will be forcibly removed from the premises and literally deposited on the side of the road. I honestly can't imagine anything more humiliating than having that happen with all of your neighbors watching.
Please, face up to the cold hard facts here and do something to avoid that humiliation. Find a rental that will allow you to move in immediately and get your things hauled over there before the sheriff comes and dumps your things in the street!

You really aren't in foreclosure. The foreclosure as completed. The mortgage you HAD is no longer valid, as you broke the contract. The bank HAS to have you buy the house, otherwise they would have no contract at all.
Your lawyer is likely worried you won't pay him either.
The only advise I can give it is pack your things. You are leaving and if you don't move your stuff out of the house you will loose it all too.
If you don't have a house rented to move into you need to go to a hotel that rents by the week. You will have a very hard time renting a house or apartment with this on your credit report. You are really high risk. Most people sell their homes and try to make good, but you pushed it to the end and cost the bank some serious money,.

Ohhhh, jeez...I was going to suggest that you get a loan from another bank & "re-purchase" the house you've already purchased but you've already said that no one will finance you.
I really don't know. Instead of having your lawyer talk to the bank, why not approach your bank's manager and explain that you do have the resources to make timely payments and hopefully they are kind enough to stop the foreclosure (though I'm sure they'll expect some portion of an immediate payment though). If they do this, be sure to get record of any payment they accept and a signed notice that they've stopped the foreclosure if they are caring & understanding enough to do so.

It usually takes 45 to 60 days, They may not even accept it. Did you make your offer out with the option that until they accept you can continue to look for another house? It doesnt really mean a thing that the people who don't live the house accepted.... The only people to care about is the bank. I hear here the banks don't really pay attention to short sale offers very often. How long till your offer expires?

I used to work in a foreclosure department. At this point, there's really nothing you can do except pack up your stuff. I'm sure you were several months behind in payments before this procedure started. The time to negotiate with the bank would have been when you first had problems paying. They are willing to work with you when you have a short term money problem. If the sheriff is going to show up, then the legal procedures are already over and done with.

Contact a bankruptcy attorney. That should slow things down allowing you more time to make decisions.
