Nope, they totally interest me! I love learning about different cultures and lifestyles!! I plan to base my life around cultural studies of some sort.
Though foreigners generally do not annoy me, when I moved to Pennsylvania from the midwest, everything was foreign and the PA accent annoys me!!! :)

But for people who are irritated by foreigners, they have xenophobia.

no, why? there's no reason they're persons, just from different countries, plus don't you forget our founding fathers or whatever, were foreigners.
