Any ideas what you want as your epitaph? Kind of morbid I know! I like Spike Milligan's 'I told you I was ill', brilliant.

I don't give a d... -- let others worry about what they want written there in order to remember me. I won't be there to read it.
There are things written in other peoples' hearts which are much more precious to me. And that's what I'm worrying about.
Letters on tombstones can be washed away by wind and weather.
But if you hurt or break somebody else's heart, you won't be able to delete that. And this is what people will remember you by, not some inscription on a stone.
Bye & lots of love,
Anna
PS: your question is a lot of fun though!

I'd like a little scrap of card that reads, "she gave us a choice between a headstone and a party"!

PS Peter O'Toole says that he plans for his to read 'it distresses us to return work which is not perfect' he got it from a dry cleaners - classic!

She was much loved...

But your question reminds me of a joke.

Yorkshire woman dies and husband tells monumental mason he want "She was thine" ont theadstone.

Mason phones man to tell him stone up & ready for inspection.

Man goes and sees inscription says "She was thin"

Angrily he phones the mason and complains that he'd missed the 'e' off!

Mason apologises and swears it will be put right by next week.

Next week man goes to check out headstone - it now reads "Eee, she was thin"

Makes me laugh anyway...;'oD

"Wake Me Up Before You Go Go!"

OR

"I've Been In Tougher Situations Than This!"

OR

"The Best Is Yet To Come."
