http://hober.com is good. Also, if you haven't already, download itunes. It's free, and it has hundreds of music streams from any country you could imagine. You can't put them on your ipod, but you can listen on your computer. There are also lots of great podcasts. My favorites are BBC Radio One for hip hopand rap, BBC homegrown, and Indiefeed. If you want real radio with the personalities and the ads and everything, google "radio station" and "live streaming" and the name of any country. I also recommend http://bbc.co.uk - they have a huge list of stations to choose from.

some radio stations stream on their own website likein LA I know kroq and kiis stream, then there are radio stations on itunes as well as on yahoo.
