Lately I've just been a different person. I get irritated all of the time! And mostly a lot of small things. It feels like I've been PMS-ing for a month. I'm not sad or in a bad mood...in fact things are going really well. Just out of the blue, someone will say something that rubs me the wrong way, no matter how small and I'll get annoyed and mad. I hate feeling like this! I get enough sleep and haven't changed anything. Does anyone know why stuff is bothering me so much now? Anyone else had this??? Thanks!!!!

OK, this may sound crazy but are you getting enough iron and B group vitamins? In the past I have had very similar symptoms to what you are saying and a friend recommended iron supplements which worked really well.

Later, my doc confirmed that at different times, for no apparent reason, our bodies may suddenly need en extra boost of certain vitamins, minerals or activities.

It could be that unknown to you, something has changed in the work or school environment, and your body is reacting to it by using up the available resources.

When your stock of iron (or vitamin c, or B) gets low, you feel tired, which leads to irritation, etc.

Or you could be menopausal. In which case, welcome to the club, lol :-)

Best wishes! :-)

Could still be hormone related as one possibility. The only way to know for sure is to have the situation evaluated by your dr but in the mean time you can try taking B6 either in a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. You can find it in stores like Wal-Mart and some of the other big drug chain stores and also The Vitamin Shoppe. If you don't have a store close to you you can order at their website.

I take B Complex and have had good success with it.
